Who you are contracting with

Invoice Charm is a freelance invoicing service provided by DryDesign ("we", "us" or "our"). When you use Invoice Charm, your agreement for the service is with DryDesign. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Invoice Charm for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to agree on its behalf.

The service and your account

Invoice Charm lets you create and manage invoices, client records, services and earnings information. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the information you enter, for your invoices and tax obligations, and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Please keep your account information current and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain ownership of the client details, invoice information and other content you enter. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate the service. You must have the right to provide any personal or business information you upload.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights. Do not introduce malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service, attempt unauthorised access, circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the software, or resell access without permission. We may remove unlawful content or restrict access where necessary to protect users and the service.

Ownership and access

DryDesign owns Invoice Charm’s software, design, documentation and branding. Subject to these terms and your selected plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. No ownership of our intellectual property transfers to you.

Plans, payments and PayFast

The Free plan and paid plan limits are described on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown in South African rand; the final amount and currency are confirmed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by PayFast. Availability and termination

We aim to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If your paid subscription ends normally, your account returns to the Free plan at the end of the paid period; existing records remain subject to applicable access limits and record-keeping requirements.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care, but is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will meet every individual requirement or be free of interruption or error. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms and will post the updated version here with a new date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. For questions about a payment, contact us and we will help with your PayFast transaction.
