Subscription Cancellation Policy

How to cancel
You can cancel your monthly paid subscription at any time. Sign in to Invoice Charm, open Settings, and select “Manage or cancel subscription” under Plan and billing — this takes you to PayFast, where your subscription can be cancelled. You can also contact DryDesign at info@drydesign.co.za and we will cancel it for you.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your paid plan remains available until the end of the current paid billing period shown in Settings; it then returns to the Free plan and its monthly invoice limit. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or existing invoice records.
Refunds are separate
Cancellation alone does not refund a charge already made. If you would like a refund, see our Refund Policy for the 30-day money-back window and how to request one.
