If you are not satisfied with a paid Invoice Charm purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This includes a change of mind. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
How to request a refund
Contact DryDesign at info@drydesign.co.za with the email address used at checkout and your payment reference so we can locate your PayFast transaction. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through PayFast. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refunds and cancellation
Stopping future renewals does not automatically refund a payment already made. If you want to stop your subscription, follow our Cancellation Policy; if you also want a refund, contact us within the 30-day window and we will process it via PayFast.
